The SPRINT Expressway (Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat) is a major expressway network in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Spanning 26.5 kilometers, it serves as a key artery to alleviate traffic congestion by dispersing vehicles from Kuala Lumpur's city center and narrow residential areas.

The North-South Expressway (NSE), also known as the PLUS Expressway, is the backbone of Malaysia's highway network. Spanning a massive 772 kilometers, it connects major cities and towns on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia, from the Thailand border at Bukit Kayu Hitam all the way down to Johor Bahru near Singapore. The East Coast Expressway (ECE), also known as Lebuhraya Pantai Timur (LPT), is actually comprised of two main sections: LPT1 and LPT2. Together, they form a vital expressway connection on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

• LPT1: This 174-kilometer section runs from Karak, Pahang to Jabur, Terengganu. Managed by ANIH Berhad, it was completed in 2004 and provides a high-speed alternative to the older Federal Route 2.
• LPT2: This 184-kilometer section picks up where LPT1 ends and continues to Kuala Terengganu. Completed in 2011 and managed by Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 2 Sdn Bhd, LPT2 further improves connectivity along the east coast.

The Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) is the first elevated highway ever built in Malaysia. Spanning 7.9 kilometers, it offers a quicker and more convenient route for motorists traveling between Ampang (Selangor) and Kuala Lumpur.

The New North Klang Straits Bypass (NNKSB), also known as the Shapadu Highway (after the concessionaire Lebuhraya Shapadu Sdn Bhd), is a 17.5-kilometer expressway in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. It serves as a bypass for the older and congested North Klang Straits Bypass (Federal Route 20) to alleviate traffic and improve access to Port Klang.

The New Pantai Expressway (NPE) is a vital highway in Malaysia connecting Kuala Lumpur to the southern regions of the country. Stretching over 19 kilometers, it offers efficient connectivity, reducing travel time between key destinations. The Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) is a significant 25km highway in the Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia, connecting Shah Alam to Rawang. Owned by Prolintas through its subsidiary Prolintas Expressway Sdn Bhd, the GCE was completed in April 2005 and began operations in July 2005. • Elevated Expressway: A 17.6-kilometer high-speed expressway that bypasses Kuala Lumpur's city center, offering motorists a faster and more convenient route.
• SMART Tunnel: An 9.7-kilometer underground tunnel that functions as an alternative route during heavy traffic or flash floods.

The Maju Expressway, also known as MEX, is a 26-kilometer expressway in Klang Valley, Malaysia. It acts as a key route connecting Kuala Lumpur City Centre to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Sepang, Selangor. Built in 2004, MEX is an important part of the Multimedia Super Corridor area.

The Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway (DUKE, E33) is an 18-kilometer expressway that serves as a key component in the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan. It functions as a missing link that connects several major highways in Klang Valley, Malaysia:

The Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA) is a 7.3 km expressway in Klang Valley, Malaysia. It provides a quicker route between Shah Alam and the Kota Kemuning area, bypassing congested local roads. Built between 2007 and 2010, it's operated by Projek Lintasan Shah Alam Sdn Bhd (LKSA). The highway is known for easing traffic flow in the area but has received mixed reviews online.

The Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway, E25), also commonly known as LATAR Expressway (Lebuhraya LATAR), is a 32-kilometer expressway in Selangor, Malaysia. It's important to note that while the name suggests it connects directly to Kuala Lumpur city center, it actually starts in Templer's Park near Rawang and ends near Ijok in Kuala Selangor. This means motorists will need to travel an additional 20 kilometers via the Kuala Lumpur-Rawang Highway to reach Kuala Lumpur itself.

The Damansara–Puchong Expressway, also known as the LDP, is a major highway in Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia. It's about 40 kilometers long and connects the townships of Damansara and Puchong, reducing travel time between them significantly. The LDP also provides access to other expressways in the area, making it an important part of the Kuala Lumpur transportation network.

The Seremban-Port Dickson Highway (SPDH) is a 23-kilometer expressway in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. It serves as a convenient and time-saving route for motorists traveling between Seremban, the state capital, and the popular beach resort town of Port Dickson.

The Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway (KLK Expressway, E8) is a 60-kilometer expressway in Peninsular Malaysia. It functions as a key route connecting Kuala Lumpur, the capital city, to the town of Karak in Pahang.

The Cheras-Kajang Highway (Grand Saga) is a significant expressway connecting the town of Cheras to Kajang in the state of Selangor. The Sungai Besi Expressway (SBE/BESRAYA) is an expressway that spans over 28 kilometers, it runs between Serang and Ampang, Selangor. This expressway was originally 16 kilometers when it was constructed in 1997 before its upgrades.

The Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) is a significant elevated highway project connecting Sungai Besi in Kuala Lumpur to Ulu Kelang in Selangor. Spanning approximately 24 kilometers, it serves as a vital transportation link for commuters and cargo traveling between these areas and beyond. Opened in stages starting from 2021, SUKE reduces travel time and congestion by providing a direct route through urban and suburban areas. 

The Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) is a significant elevated highway connecting the affluent suburbs of Damansara in Petaling Jaya to Shah Alam, the capital of Selangor.
