Hi, I just redeemed my 100 points for TnG RM 10 voucher but then I can't find the reward in my account. Pls advise where do I retrieve the gift voucher?

Once you redeem the rewards they we will send directly to you the voucher. In the case of Touch N Go they will send to you via your Touch N Go wallet, so you receive the money in your wallet balance.
