Azren was very helpful to setup the appointment to meet the buyer in selling my vehicle. She send me the location and things to do before meeting the buyer. On the date all things were in good order. The buyer inspected the vehicle and they take about almost 2 hours to complete the transaction. Finally got the vehicle sold which I don’t use often. Great followup & service from sook ling. However list of initial pricing given from RM 19200 was substantially reduced to RM 13800 which does not fully justify market value. Wouldnt recommend this casa dealer moving forward.
