TIME dotCom, traditionally recognized as an internet service provider, has recently diversified into the charge point operator sector through its acquisition of Charge N Go.

A cursory examination of social media platforms reveals that the Charge N Go brand has been rebranded as Time Charge N Go. However, it's noteworthy that the mobile application still features the original red and black logo.

Established in 2018, Charge N Go currently oversees more than 90 chargers across Malaysia, the Philippines, and Australia. The company collaborates with various entities such as condominiums, office buildings, malls, carparks, hotels, restaurants, and retailers to offer electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions. Users have the convenience of paying for and accessing charging services through RFID cards, QR codes, or the mobile application, which is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.

A deeper examination of TIME dotCom's quarterly financial reports, particularly the Q4 2023 report, reveals that the company finalized a share sale and purchase agreement on December 14, 2023. This agreement facilitated the acquisition of 44,643 ordinary shares in Charge N Go from RWC1, amounting to a total expenditure of RM812,502. Consequently, Charge N Go now operates as a subsidiary of TIME dotCom, with TIME dotCom holding a 51% ownership stake in the company.
