Motorist is looking for a Human Resources Executive to be part of our rapidly growing team. Working closely with the HR Generalist and the Operations team, the incumbent takes care of our day-to-day HR and recruitment activities so as to ensure smooth and effective operation of the company.

Responsibilities
- Source for candidates using various search methods and platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates and conduct phone screenings
- Design and manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Coordinate interviews appointments and update applicants on their application status
- Perform reference checks on shortlisted candidates
- Track recruitment efforts and activities
- Handle campus recruitment & Internship programmes
- Manage onboarding administration
- Apply for work passes for foreign hires
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities
- Support with research of staff benefits and team bonding activities
- Attend to staff’s enquiries regarding their employment matters
- Purchase flowers and fruit basket for employees
- Submit new grant applications and ensure completion of supporting documentation
- Prepare employment letters
- Assist with purchase of office items for staff
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR / Business related field
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration
- Tech savvy and proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and friendly personality
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to maintain composure under stress
- Takes initiative to make things happen
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing and highly digitized environment
