Telesales Executive - Part Time

Motorist is a Singapore start-up with a mission to simplify car ownership, by creating an ecosystem of smart tools and services that allow vehicle owners to better manage their vehicles. Launched in late 2018, Motorist Malaysia is one of the fastest growing automotive brands in the country.

We are looking for self-motivated and customer focused individuals to join our fast paced and highly competitive car portal business. You will be responsible for managing the new incoming customers on our portal, from their sales enquiry. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with our customers over the phone, this role will be an excellent learning opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Address our client’s queries promptly and accurately, maintaining excellent customer service throughout the engagement.
  • Handle outbound cold calls as well as inbound sales enquiries
  • Maintain clear and concise records of all calls and follow ups.
  • Promote a positive brand image of Motorist by maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Provide support for our Sales team when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong positive mindset
