Easy and seamless. Jia was superb in attending to my application to sell. Super efficient and kept to her deadline. She managed to find a prospective buyer within 2 days. The sale itself was hassle free. Buyer came to my premise to inspect the car and made an on the spot offer.! No costs whatsoever was incurred on me. Upon my request,the buyer picked up the car 3 days later. Settled the necessary documentation all online and then immediately transferred the funds. So simple, no hassle! A great experience.

Great followup & service from sook ling. However list of initial pricing given from RM 19200 was substantially reduced to RM 13800 which does not fully justify market value. Wouldnt recommend this casa dealer moving forward.

Highly recommend Jia. She was willing to WhatsApp and call to clarify details with the dealer, and was very patient with follow-ups even when I didn’t reply instantly. I only needed to send a photo and she managed to get a price quote directly from the dealer. I went quiet for a few days but when I came back, she handled it normally without any pressure.
