Role Overview
We are seeking a resourceful and driven Media Campaign Management Executive to support our customer acquisition and campaign execution efforts. This is a hybrid role combining both business development (hunter) and account coordination (farmer) responsibilities. You'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities while ensuring campaigns are properly coordinated, tracked, and fulfilled post-sale.

Tanggungjawab
Sales / Business Development (Hunter)
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Prepare and pitch tailored media solutions to clients across various channels
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
- Maintain a CRM/database of leads, prospects, and sales activities
- Conduct market research and stay informed on competitor activity
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Campaign Fulfilment & Client Coordination (Ops)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale
- Gather necessary marketing materials and approvals from clients
- Coordinate internally with design, content, and ad operations teams to execute campaigns
- Monitor progress of campaigns and ensure deadlines are met
- Track and report on fulfilment status, client satisfaction, and campaign performance
- Maintain organized documentation (e.g., contracts, reports) using Google Workspace tools

Requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally with various teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Figma, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau
Qualifikasi
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a hybrid sales/account role or similar function
