We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR & Admin team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment coordination to employee lifecycle administration. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid foundation in HR practices within a fast-paced, growing company.
Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems (physical and digital)
Help track staff attendance, leave applications, and timesheets
Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Support the preparation of HR letters, memos, and documentation (e.g. confirmation letters, employment letters)
Help ensure HR documentation is compliant and up to date with company policy
Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin team as needed
Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned by supervisors
Requirement:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 3 months, fully on-site
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
