We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our vibrant Sales team as a Sales Admin Support staff. You will be responsible for handling our client’s sales enquiries, and supporting our sales team by providing administrative support for day-to-day functions. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with our customers over the phone, this role will be an excellent learning opportunity for you!
- Address our client’s queries with promptly and accurately, maintaining excellent customer service throughout the engagement.
- Understand our Client’s needs and present offers and deals to them over the phone, and provide advice on available solutions when needed.
- Provide administrative support for our Sales team when required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to interact professionally with customers
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Independent and able to work with limited supervision, but a great team player
- Highly self-motivated and target-focused, with a strong positive mindset
