Motorist is looking to expand its fast-growing Customer Sales Team within our car portal business.
Working within our young dynamic CSE team, the Customer Sales Executive will help our customers through their Motorist journey, from helping them onboard to their final sale. Ideal candidates will have the desire to succeed and achieve their targets.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle inbound sales enquiries (calls, WA, emails) NO cold calling!
- Maintain timely follow-ups and keep a close track of leads for closure of sales
- Arrange for appointments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (other depts, customers, partners etc.)
- Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
- Build exceptional rapport with both our customers and business partners
